Welcome to TheCryoWell, operated by Yebassa Enterprise PLLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, booking system, and SMS communications. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer mobile cryotherapy services including:

• CryoSlimming

• Localized Cryotherapy

• Red Light Therapy

• Vibration Plate Sessions

All services are provided in-home at the client’s location and require prior appointment scheduling and consent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age

• The information you provide is accurate and current

• You have no known contraindications to cryotherapy or related treatments, or have consulted a licensed physician

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable $29 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost.

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking portal.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

4. Consent to Treatment

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You have voluntarily chosen to receive cryotherapy-based services

• You understand the possible risks and outcomes

• You will disclose any relevant health conditions during the intake process

A signed consent and waiver form may be required before receiving services.

5. SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through our booking form or texting START to our number, you agree to receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations

• Limited-time promotional offers

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service and the scheduling of staff and equipment, deposits are non-refundable. Service refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the issue stems from our side. No refunds will be given for completed services.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including branding, logos, copy, graphics, and media) is owned or licensed by Yebassa Enterprise PLLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yebassa Enterprise PLLC shall not be held liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Injuries resulting from misuse of our services

• Losses caused by unauthorized access or third-party disruptions
